Orders are accepted based on acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
Prices subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance. All Registered Trade Marks are Acknowledged.
If you have a query on your order, you can call 0870 9196520 office hours Monday to Friday. You can also contact us by email email@example.com or by post by writing to Customer Services, Equiwear Ltd, 27 Ladys Drove, Emneth, Norfolk, PE14 8DF. When contacting us about an order please supply your full name and home address including postcode.
Payment must be made in advance.
There are three ways to pay:
Credit/Debit Card - We accept all major credit and debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Switch. Please note that payment will be processed through Sagepay which is has 100% secure server.
Postal Orders - Crossed and made payable to Equiwear
All delivery times are based on receipt of payment first.
Equiwear will endeavour to get all goods delivered within the following time frames(stock permitting). If an order can not be fulfilled you will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative product.
Standard Delivery to UK Mainland is 3-7 working days
Standard Delivery to Highlands and English Islands - up to 10 working days
Eire, Europe and U.S.A up to 10 working days.
Note, we do not dispatch orders on Friday.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Equiwear shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
We will notify you by email if there should be a delay in dispatching your order.
All deliveries will require that someone signs for the parcel.
We offer a 365 Day Money Back Guarantee on all products purchased on Equiwear. When buying over the net it can be difficult to know exactly how a product looks and feels. We cover this, so you can do exactly that. If you do not like the goods we will give a full “no quibble” refund. The full cost of the goods will be refunded less the delivery charge. The refund will be made within 15 days of us receiving the goods. The 365 days will begin from the day you receive the goods. Goods returned after this period will incur a 10% restocking charge. We must be notified prior to you returning goods. They must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If either of these stipulations are not met we reserve the right to refuse credit or incur a 10% repacking/used charge.
Returns after 30 days of receipt of goods will be offered a credit note. We cannot refund money after this period.
All returns must be made within 365 days.

Please note claims for missing, damaged or faulty items, upon receipt of an order, must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Late claims will not be accepted. If delivery packaging is damaged upon receipt please make a note on the courier's docket and retain the packaging as it may be required for our claim.
Please use the original shipping packaging to return items safely to Equiwear. Items must be returned with the product packaging in a resalable condition.
We strongly advise that packages valued over £26.00 should be insured, with the sender's name and address clearly marked. Consider sending items of a lesser value by recorded delivery. When sending items back to us it is your responsibility, any claims for lost parcels must be made with the courier you used we can not be held responsible.
Please note that items returned without packaging or in excess of the 30 day deadline will be actioned at our discretion and will be subject to a 10 per cent handling charge. Returns will be processed within seven days of receipt, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage and packing and handling charges if appropriate.
We will not accept returns on worn or customer damaged items.
If your shoes or clothes do no fit, send them back with a note explaining who you are and what size you would prefer or if you would like a refund. You are responsible for the return postage AND the carriage cost of sending any new item out.
All clothing are end of line products from their manufacturers and therefore carry a 30 day guarantee from date of purchase against faulty workmanship and or materials. All other products carry the full manufacturers warranty. Clothing and footwear is not guaranteed if misused, abused or not maintained properly. Returns will only be accepted with prior authority from Equiwear and will be for inspection only.
Faulty Goods Return Policy
If goods delivered to you become faulty within the stated 30 day guarantee period we will be happy to replace them or refund the cost. Please note unless stated all products are end of line and only carry a 30 day guarantee.
When the goods are received by Equiwear the problem will be investigated and a solution resolved. We endeavour to resolve the problem within 3 working days from receipt of the faulty goods. On occasions the product may have to be returned to the manufacturer in order to determine the problem. In this case it may take up to 30 days for a conclusion to be reached. If the goods are found to be faulty we will give a full refund including the cost of postage.
Please remember to keep your Sales Receipt for all your purchases as items returned without proof of purchase will not be accepted. A £5 administration charge will be payable to look up and print a copy of a sales receipt. If you have questions please call and speak to our staff or email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please note that manufacturers' sizes may vary. We will do our best to advise you but you are responsible for ordering the correct size.
Equiwear do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
